Northeast Region Area 6 Venturing Colleagues:

Area 6 Venturing is very pleased to announce that Miss Stephanie Burt from the Baltimore Area Council is the 2012-2013 Area Venturing President. Stephanie is a Venturer with extensive leadership experience at the district level (National Pike District) and council level. She is currently a student at Howard Community College and will officially assume the presidency on May 12, 2011. She and I will work together over the next two months to ensure a smooth transfer of our area leadership.

Additionally, we have news that our new President has selected the following 2012-2013 Area Vice Presidents:

The Venturing Phenomenon

was held at Camp Snyder, Haymarket, Virginia.

It was a great success. Thank you National Capital Area Council Venturing Officers’ Association for co-hosting this awesome event. Also thanks to all the Councils and Crews that showed up and held demonstrations on their Crew interests for all the participants to enjoy.
