Goals 2011-2012

Work to establish VOAs in all NER Area 2 Councils this year.

Have the Council VOA Presidents present and active in the Area.

Recruit fitting Venturers for future NER Area 2 positions.

Update website and make sure it stays current with NER, NER Area 2, and VOA Council events and information.

Get representation from each Council VOA at the NER Area 2 Summit.

Keep communication giong – one teleconference per month, and one in-person meeting every three months (or as needed).

Get one training event into the schedule for this year.

Create a strong core of youth participants and leaders.

Support our Council VOAs and their Venturing Crews.
